Love doesn’t need to be perfect
It needs to be true
So what if he loves you, so what if he makes you feel like nobody else, so what if he pleases you, so what if he broke you, so what if he makes you feel crazy and makes you feel like its your fault. So what if he makes you feel guilty. So what if he makes you smile and left you like broken mirror.
Nothing can build your relationship except Trust. Even if you danced with him and if he let you fall in love with him. If there is no trust nothing matters at all.
So what if he makes your shed tears everytime and every night you enter in you room. Its all matter. You can give excuses to everyone but not to yourself.
I realized that when he left me, left me with no choice except to accept the reality and life I’m living right now.
Everything is pre-planned. He promises the world and I felt for it. I gave my all and they all know it. In two months he replaced me, like it was easy. Made me think that I deserved it in the think of healing.

You always go into it blindy. I needed to lose him to love me.
Only trust amd strong beliefs can led a well happy and healthy relationship.
You are exactly where God wants you to be, Everything that is happening in your life is all part of his divine plan, so place your trust in God, he’ll fix everything.

So, move on and trust on God. Everything going to be fine. That’s actually makes me feel like precious, a gem. He loves you like nobody else. When there is no one to listen you,it means God is there for you. He gives you whatever you deserve and whatever you ever wished for.

Obviously, you probably don’t have the time to meditate for hours every day… But by doing just 30 minutes on a daily basis will transform your life. During online classes and being busy with other stuff, I also couldn’t find enough time to meditate but when I started to do in small chunks like from 20 to 30 minutes, daily I start my day with fresh and with more relaxed mind

It’s naturally very easy to judge others. After all, it’s part of our make up to look at others and size them up. It’s our primitive brain analyzing threats and assessing the world around us. But that’s not always helpful, it sometimes teaches us to look at someone in the wrong way.

What’s wonderful about mindfulness is that its judgment-free The main goal is to take in everything that someone is saying without evaluating it.

Our minds do this funny thing where they try and live in the past or in the future rehearsing old conversations over and over again but this just isn’t reality. Life doesn’t happen between your ears it happens in the NOW.

Thoughts:
We should try to live each and every second moment of our life. Whatever you are doing, do it as it is your last. For example when someone give you an apple and allow you to eat , you will eat it within seconds, but when someone say it’s last apple in the world , you will eat with full joy .Sound funny right, but think about it. Practice one by one, it helped me alot and hope it will help you too
