Smile! What does it mean? Does it only mean a facial expression or it’s just a word? Well for me it’s nothing more than a daily dose of happiness. Why? Because every day somehow we face difficulty and keeping a smile on, release the hormones of happiness (endorphins) which doesn’t let us fall into depression.
Smile makes us feel good
Studies have shown that smiling releases endorphins, natural painkillers, and serotonin. Together these three neurotransmitters make us feel good from head to toe. Not only do these natural chemicals elevate your mood, but they also relax your body and reduce physical pain.
Yesterday I saw a joker movie again and I learned something and let me tell you what I have learned. Joker always says PUT A SMILE ON YOUR FACE. I don’t know whether it makes any sense for you or not but while watching joker smiling face in the whole scene, I noted that ” How a person can even defeat his enemy by just putting a smile on his face.”
Reason why you should smile
Yes. It is also right that we can’t solve our all problems just by putting smiles on our faces but it is also not wrong that by putting on a smile we can win many of the big arguments, just like keeping silent. I saw many people who always keep angry faces to show their attitudes. It’s wrong because it will increase your sadness and a positive attitude with great smile matters a lot. We can’t imagine because we haven’t tried yet.
When you’re in a bad mood, smile – even if you don’t feel like it – because it will immediately improve your mood. Try it once.
So Smile. No matter how much you are struggling. Keep smiling ☺. Keep smiling and let another smile too.

Imagine yourself at the doorstep to paradise where trees are taller like palm trees, where there is nothing except love and all those things that you can only imagine in this world but can become reality only in heaven. Doing good deeds can lead us to heaven where we can meet our loved ones, our partners. I always wished of learning Him. Of everything that He told me to do, practicing to see His glory and His promises.

Not every first sight love is real love. I always waiting for him. By saying not everyone deserves me. There must be someone special waiting for me. Someone who can care, understand, forget all my minor mistakes and always keep our love forever and never let it dry because of someone else and never let me go.

Yesterday i listened the song by Elvis. The song “Love Me Tender” didn’t become a classic just because Elvis sang it. We all want to feel that emotion come our way. If you’ve avoided this level of intimacy or withheld it, it’s time to reconsider your actions. Life is so short, let yourself give and feel at a level that will make you glad to have been alive.
Be good, be kind and gentle with everyone, and for this, we just have to be good and kind with ourselves first then with others. Bring softness in your words and in your heart. Whether you stay or not but your words always stays in other’s heart.

Gözleme is the common and traditional food especially street food in turkey. As I am now biggest fan of turkish food so I decided to cook something. Yesterday I cooked turkish gözleme and it came out super tasty and delicious. So I wanted to share it with you guys and I hope you’ll try it.
In this recipe the most of the common traditional fillings are parsley, meat, spanish, potato and roasted eggplant fillings. I used spinach filling. You can use whichever filling you like or can mix them up as you please.
INGREDIENTS for 2 servings
Time: 10 min
FOR THE DOUGH
1 cup flour
a little bit less than 1/2 cup water, room temperature
1/2 tsp salt
PARSLEY FILLING
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
SPINACH FILLING
150 g frozen chopped spinach, defrosted
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 pinch crushed pepper
Salt to taste
I like spices so i added a little bit of more pepper than above mentioned. Pepper is basically added for taste especially for those who like spices.
For GLAZE
1 tbsp butter, melted
Steps
- Mix the flour and the salt in a bowl, then gradually add the water, kneading as you pour and make a dough. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured working surface and knead for 10 minutes. Grease with cooking oil. Cover with a damp cloth and let the dough rest like that for 15 minutes.
- Sweat the onions in olive oil, until translucent sauté for 4-5 minutes. Then add spinach, mix well and cook for 1-2 min. Take off heat and stir in the feta cheese. Mix well and set aside.
- Divide the dough into four same-sized pieces.
- Take a piece out of it and make a ball. Dust dry flour and roll it with the help of rolling pin and roll it as thin as possible. Roll should be of at least 25cm in diameter.
- Arrange the filling in the middle then fold the two opposite sides, then the second two opposite sides.
- Warm a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Place one gözleme in the pan and cook it until blistered with brown spots, then turn over, and brush with melted butter.
- Once cooked on one side, flip it and brush the top with butter.
- When cooked on the other side as well, brush that side with melted butter as well.
- Cut into pieces, and serve warm.
- To make the meat filling, cook all the ingredients, then finish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
- To make the roasted eggplant filling, combine all the ingredients.
For the spinach and potato filling, we have to first sweat the onions in olive oil, then add all the ingredients except feta and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
Important tip…
The most important thing when making the dough is to roll it as thinly as possible. The filling should be spread in an even, thin layer — do not overdo with the filling as the dough will break. When assembling, there are two ways of going about it. You can fold the dough in half to get a half moon shape or fold it as an envelope. If you do not have a sac, a non-stick pan will work just fine. It is crucial to brush the gözleme with butter or oil before cooking, and even after, as that helps to keep the dough moist
