I am worth it It’s hard to admit that we can’t solve any kind of problem. Sometimes I get problems one after another. Sometimes it just feels too much to bear myself . Seems like every rock going to fall on me. But when things are too tough then I think of the faces I love and who love me. It’s truly happens and it might not change. But it’s okay to fail and trumble. I hope I could stay strong and fly. I hope one day I will pass all the hurdles of life just like my exams. Opportunities always waits. When someting is designed for us. We’ll truly get no matter what. Whatever underneath’s the ground.
“Not everyone will take you. Not everyone will support you. Not everyone will give the honor you deserve. Don’t let it bother you. That’s life basically. You need to rise and shine bright like a diamond” That’s what my dad always advises me.
I value efforts over promises. Because efforts are always better than promises.
I trust eyes over words .Because eyes never lie.

Whatever the situation is, do not give up on love and yourself. Presumably, you do not need the whole world to love. You just need one person. Maybe sometimes two. Nelson Mandela once said, โThere is no passion to be found playing small โ in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living.โ
I donโt know about you, but reading those words makes me want to be braver, stand taller and dream the boldest dream I can imagine. (If Mandela, despite everything, would not settle for less, what excuse do I have?) The truth is we just donโt know how capable we are, or the things we could achieve if only we were ambitious enough and daring enough to try. Many of us are guilty of living our lives passively, settling for the cards weโve been dealt because thatโs the only certainty we know, and being too quick to interpret setbacks and failures as a sign that we are no good. But what if? What if the only thing standing between you and living an extraordinary life was an unwillingness to imagine a bigger, better life for yourself? Donโt you want to find out what you are truly capable of?

A Man without an aim, goal or ambitious is just like a ship without a rudder. Living a life without knowing its meaning is just useless in other words just like an eagle who has always an ambition to fly highest in the sky. A man also should have that kind of ambition to live for. A Life without purpose makes no sense.

From last few week , I started research on what is peaceful life and on mindful relaxation and I came to know this that the Buddist monks seems so peaceful all the time.This thing stuck in my mind and I searched about Buddist monks . The reason is actually that they follow certain rules of living we don’t.
Today, I am going to share some of the important and basic rules which might seems difficult but they makes our life easy.
Their whole philosophy evolves around the idea of reducing suffer.
The philosophy seem alien to me first nearly impossible and may be to you too , but the truth is it leads to higher happiness ๐

Simplify
When you can develop a selfless attitude, you focus less on personal problems. You get less emotional about small things and your mind becomes calmer.
Actually recognizing that being more selfless towards other brings deeper happiness and is one of the pillars of spiritual life.

Scientifically speaking, we know that meditation changes the brain. Not only that, but it changes our nature

Obviously, you probably don’t have the time to meditate for hours every day… But by doing just 30 minutes on a daily basis will transform your life. During online classes and being busy with other stuff, I also couldn’t find enough time to meditate but when I started to do in small chunks like from 20 to 30 minutes, daily I start my day with fresh and with more relaxed mind

Our minds do this funny thing where they try and live in the past or in the future rehearsing old conversations over and over again but this just isn’t reality. Life doesn’t happen between your ears it happens in the NOW.

We should try to live each and every second moment of our life. Whatever you are doing, do it as it is your last. For example when someone give you an apple and allow you to eat , you will eat it within seconds, but when someone say it’s last apple in the world , you will eat with full joy .Sound funny right, but think about it. Mentally strong recognize that self-pity is a Siren that can lure you watery and psychological death. For every excuse you create a mental ‘roommate’ who constantly nags at you whenever you face the slightest difficulty.The excuses can be like that you camtbwork any harder.

Show pity towards others
At the same time although mental strength requires showing little pity for ourselves, showing pity for others is incredibly powerful.

Responding quickly but haphazardly to a crises is typically more dangerous than a delayed, but more thoughtful responds.I think that’s the best for position of leadership and this make the people more successful professionally.
Hence, the “fearless leader” might be redundant phrase, at least insofar as mentally strong leaders go.
