Not every first sight love is real love. I always waiting for him. By saying not everyone deserves me. There must be someone special waiting for me. Someone who can care, understand, forget all my minor mistakes and always keep our love forever and never let it dry because of someone else and never let me go.
He was not for me, I never realized until I lose him. Know that someone must be waiting out there. I was struck with a love that was never mine. Hi, everyone. I just started research on trauma when one of my friend share her story about how she recover from it. My purpose of sharing is just to let you acknowledge about this and hope it might be helpful for all you too.
She faced tough days. To start, she have struggled with severe anxiety and depression for years. It stems from childhood trauma that makes her believe that she is worthless and will never be or do anything of importance. All she ever want to do is make life better for others and leave the world a better place, but she was let down and defeated every time she tried to do anything. She saw herself as nothing but a failure. It is so bad that she frequently have suicidal thoughts.
She felt hopeless, lost, worthless, and fearful that she will never do anything that matters. She had to quit her job too because she was so depressed. She was extremely self-deprecating and do not value her life at all. She has given up on her dreams because things have never worked out for her.
This is nothing more than like a nightmare. It’s not as easy as it’s seem.
What is the definition of trauma in simple words?
The deeply distressing or disturbing event that overwhelms an individual’s ability to cope, causes feelings of helplessness, diminishes their sense of self and their ability to feel the full range of emotions and experiences.
Examples of traumatic events include:
death of family member, lover, friend, teacher, or pet
divorce
physical pain or injury (e.g. severe car accident)
serious illness
war
natural disasters
terrorism
moving to a new location
parental abandonment
witnessing a death
rape
domestic abuse
prison stay
These are some examples of traumatic events and my friend became one of the victim from it. But thank God she is totally fine by taking some help from professional therapist and by her own self belief and because of some most important people in her life. She has now started her own business. And I am so happy for her. I am glad she is fine now.

From my point of view Trauma is a wound, and wounds can only heal in the right environment.

From last few week , I started research on what is peaceful life and on mindful relaxation and I came to know this that the Buddist monks seems so peaceful all the time.This thing stuck in my mind and I searched about Buddist monks . During online classes and being busy with other stuff, I also couldn’t find enough time to meditate but when I started to do in small chunks like from 20 to 30 minutes, daily I start my day with fresh and with more relaxed mind

Accept Mindfulness As A Way Of Life
It’s naturally very easy to judge others. After all, it’s part of our make up to look at others and size them up. It’s our primitive brain analyzing threats and assessing the world around us. But that’s not always helpful, it sometimes teaches us to look at someone in the wrong way.
What’s wonderful about mindfulness is that its judgment-free The main goal is to take in everything that someone is saying without evaluating it.
Enhance Change
Every morning we wake up and look in the mirror.
We identify that person as ‘us’, we grow attached to this perception with our body and personality when it changes with disease, old age, or accident, we suffer .
This is true of our friends and family as well

Live in the Moment
Our minds do this funny thing where they try and live in the past or in the future rehearsing old conversations over and over again but this just isn’t reality. Life doesn’t happen between your ears it happens in the NOW.
Thoughts:
We should try to live each and every second moment of our life. Whatever you are doing, do it as it is your last. For example when someone give you an apple and allow you to eat , you will eat it within seconds, but when someone say it’s last apple in the world , you will eat with full joy .Sound funny right, but think about it. Practice one by one, it helped me alot and hope it will help you too
